LFD Holding – large pig farm sold
With around 1.5 million piglets that are bred annually at 11 locations, LFD Holding is Germany‘s largest pig breeding company.
We are very pleased to report that we were able to arrange and support the sale of this leading company in its branch to Terra Grundwerte AG in the shortest time possible.
In particular, the last days of the transaction, which were already under the special circumstances of the Corona measures, were challenging and made once again clear to all those involved how important a sufficient production of food in their own country is to supply the local population.
This project was a great success for the Centuros team, that could further strengthen its position as business supporter and M&A advisor for larger agricultural organizations in Germany.
